2. Eligibility and Account Terms

  • Age Requirement: By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence.

  • Customer Accounts: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. Product Sales, Pricing, and Payments

  • Pricing and Availability: All prices for our golf balls and merchandise are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or discontinue any product at any time.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through Squarespace Payments, which utilizes Stripe for secure transaction processing. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.

  • Taxes: Value Added Tax (VAT) and automated tax calculations are powered by Stripe via our Squarespace platform and will be clearly displayed and added to your checkout total where applicable.

4. Subscription & Membership Terms

Moher Golf offers golf balls via recurring subscription plans.

  • Billing Cycle: By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) depending on the plan you select.

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account panel. To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel your subscription at least 5 days before your next subscription renewal date. Cancellations made fewer than 5 days before renewal will take effect the following month.

  • Price Changes: We will notify you in advance via email of any price adjustments to your recurring subscription.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Territory Restrictions

  • Fulfillment Partners: Single sales and subscription golf balls are shipped directly by us. Custom merchandise orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party partner, Printful.

  • Shipping Area: Currently, Moher Golf ships strictly to addresses within Ireland only. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Ireland will be cancelled and refunded. (Watch this space as we expand our delivery areas in the future).

  • Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from Moher Golf are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Rights of Cancellation

In accordance with Irish and European Union consumer protection regulations for distance selling:

  • Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to change your mind and return any item (including golf balls and Printful custom merchandise) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery. For Printful merchandise, claims for damaged or misprinted items must also be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Restrictions

  • Ownership: All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, designs, images, videos, and product names—is the intellectual property of Moher Golf and is protected by Irish and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • Commercial Use Restriction: You are granted a limited license to access the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of our website or assets for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from us.

  • Member Site Assets: If you have access to protected Member Site assets (such as exclusive videos, images, or subscription perks), you strictly cannot share links or download access with non-members.
